using data collected by “汉服资料馆”, an archive of traditional Chinese clothing. This is a digital archive collected by ID: @如影随形. The reason to choose Song dynasty, and select accessary, is because this is the most suitable material for a little book. Song Dynasty, 960-1279 AD, is a relatively close time to present that we have a huge amount of tomb discovery that includes clothing and accessary. In a long period of time, the capital of Song dynasty is in southern part of China. Living in this subtropical monsoon climate, and with the emperor less invested in war, people living at that time have a rich art and literature cultural development. The commercial side is flourished, comparing to how business is suppressed through ancient Chinese history. As a result, they have rich designs and aesthetic even seeing them today. Now wearing traditional clothing is more and more trending in China, people might want to see a little image-based book about accessary from song dynasty.
